Jeremy Swerner is the joint founding partner of BSG Solicitors with Paul Grant.

Before setting up BSG Solicitors Jeremy Swerner spent considerable time as a partner in a middle sized London West End practice heading the commercial property department charged with acting for one of the firm’s major public company clients.

Jeremy Swerner has had many years experience in the field of commercial property and in particular with an expertise in commercial landlord and tenant work. He has acted for substantial public companies and for owners of private portfolios of retail and office investments in every aspect from sale and purchase of shopping centres to individual lettings.

Jeremy also created the firm’s mortgage department based on secured Consumer Credit Act lending. This has culminated in a major in house department acting for a substantial lender and numerous smaller lenders in every aspect from creation to enforcement of secured loans.

Jeremy Swerner is also experienced in company commercial matters including share sale agreements and the the sale and purchase of businesses.

Jeremy is the firm’s COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration) and has always managed the firm’s finances.

Jeremy’s main interests are family, film, travel, reading and Tottenham Hotspur. Jeremy is a Spurs fanatic with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the club’s history and up to date information about the team’s players, formation and prospective transfer targets.
