We act for a number of lenders who provide loans secured on residential properties which are regulated by the Consumer Credit Act

Our Secondary Mortgage Lending Department has experience dealing with all aspects of Consumer Credit Loans from advising on the drafting of the agreements, updating the clients on the ever-changing Regulations, procedures for granting and registering charges as well as taking all necessary action if the account goes into arrears. We can also deal with the conveyance of the property if it is ultimately taken into possession.

We have a proven case management system that has been built up over the years and the staff are experienced with dealing with all aspects of debt recovery. They are experienced with dealing with the Land Registry and Court staff in order to expedite the client’s matters.

We understand that, in order to maximise the chances of recovering the debt together with accrued interest, it is necessary to act quickly and efficiently.

We aim to work closely with clients to understand their business and tailor-make a bespoke Debt Recovery Service, which supports their needs.

We are able to offer fixed-fee services.

Our services include:
  • Pre-Action Collection (including robust letters before action)
  • Issuing County Court Proceedings
  • Service of Statutory Demands
  • Bankruptcy Proceedings
